RETURNS & EXCHANGES
We offer no refund due to change of mind, all items are clearly advertised please check measurements before ordering,
If the goods are faulty, we will offer an exchange for the same item (if it is in stock) or a full refund.
If the item is being returned due to fault the goods are to be returned in new condition in their original packaging within 7 days of receiving your order.
If 7 days have passed since you have received your order, unfortunately we cannot give you a refund or exchange.
Please insure the tracking number is provided when being shipped back. We are not liable for any missing incoming deliveries.
We will only refund reasonable shipping costs if we deem the item as faulty, otherwise the customer is liable for all shipping costs (original incoming shipping costs and outgoing).
Once the goods have been received and your claim is approved, a refund will be provided to the payment method that the order was placed with. Depending on your bank, this can take anywhere from 3 - 5 working days.
In the case of an exchange, the new item will be posted to you and you will be provided with a new tracking number.
