I was actually coming to their store to update my one star review and it looks like my review was removed. So I’m taking what would’ve been a 3 star review to a 2 star. I ordered my bag on May 16 and I received it today June 1. Well I did take a while that was expected since it’s coming from Australia. What I had a problem with is that I never received a tracking email. It wasn’t until I gave my initial one star review where I said I have not received my package and I had not received tracking info that I finally received an email with tracking information. I received that email on May 29 the same day I left my review. Communication with this company seems to be very poor.
Ask for my review of the bag itself it’s good, but I’m not blown away. On the outside the bag does look very nice and stylish. I do think that the handle is a bit flimsy. It’s definitely not as sturdy as I would expect or like. I’m also disappointed that there is no piece to cover the top of your gear. The cubbies for your lenses are pretty deep, which is nice. When I travel, I shoot Fuji and those lenses and camera bodies are smaller so there’s a lot of room left in the cubbies for them to bounce around. It would be nice if there was a piece of foam or something to stabilize the gear. The top flap of the suitcase is also not stiff and I feel it doesn’t give very good protection. I’m assuming this is flexible to fit a laptop. The interior is very spacious but again it would be nice if there was another piece to stabilize everything because I do think that things are going to move around in transit. I’m going to look into customizing a piece of foam to fit on my own. There are also several zipper seams in the interior that I kind of worry about scratching my gear.
If I didn’t think it would be a complete headache and probably a waste of time I think I would try to return this. But based on others reviews, I doubt that I will get any kind of communication so I think it’s best if I just try to make it work. I definitely don’t think that it’s worth the price.
